Sometimes all it takes is a pony and a moment of peace to leave everyday life behind. With our "Individual Pony Time," we create just that: a personal and relaxed encounter with our loving ponies. Whether petting, grooming, leading, or simply enjoying the animals' company – the activities are tailored entirely to your wishes and needs. For children alone or with their families, this time is a precious opportunity to experience the special magic of ponies. Our Individual Pony Time offers: - Personal attention and guidance - Activities designed according to your preferences - A relaxed atmosphere for unforgettable moments - A short break where everything else fades into the background – and it's all about joy, trust, and being with ponies.
Cancellation Policy
The course is booked and cannot be cancelled. However, should it become necessary to cancel the course, you may nominate a substitute participant. In this case, the course fee already paid will be fully refunded, less a CHF 50 administration fee. Without a substitute participant, a refund of the course fee is unfortunately not possible. We ask for your understanding that this policy is necessary to ensure the smooth planning and execution of the courses.
