Our team is made up of experienced horse people and our four-legged helpers. In addition to our dedicated employees, who care for the well-being of horse and rider with a lot of heart and expertise, our horses and ponies are also an indispensable part of the team. They accompany us in the pony club, during team coaching and are reliable partners in all areas. Together we create a harmonious and trusting atmosphere.
Ann-Kristin Sandmann
With heart, mind and passion for horses
Growing up in southern Oldenburg, one of the most famous horse strongholds in Germany, Ann-Kristin developed a deep connection to horses at an early age. They have been an integral part of her life since she was five years old. Her enthusiasm for riding - with a focus on dressage and show jumping in the English riding style - shapes not only her free time, but also her professional vision. With a clear maxim: "The well-being of the horses and the joy of the people always come first."
Through her ongoing training as a riding instructor according to Teamponyconcept®, Ann-Kristin combines her many years of experience with well-founded pedagogical approaches. She not only wants to introduce children and adults to the art of riding, but also promote respectful interaction with horses - a basis for trust, empathy and self-confidence.
In addition, Ann-Kristin has used her training in business psychology and her experience from more than 15 years in customer service and leadership to develop the field of horse-assisted team coaching. Horses authentically reflect the behavior of their counterparts - an invaluable added value for teams, managers and individuals who want to gain new perspectives.

Irene Mieschbühler
Irene – the good soul with experience and power
With her years of experience in farming and horse keeping, Irene is an indispensable support for our team. She not only ensures that the horses are well looked after, but also brings her reliable, cheerful nature to every area. Popular with riders, horse owners and colleagues alike, she creates a pleasant and warm atmosphere that makes our farm something special.
In her free time, Irene proves that she is not only strong in farming and horse keeping: As a black belt holder in Kushido, she shows how discipline, strength and balance go hand in hand. These qualities are also reflected in her work - always full of energy and with a smile on her face.

Kenya is our patient and dependable pony, who brings joy to children of all ages. With her calm and friendly nature, she is always ready to explore the world at a relaxed pace. Whether on peaceful rides or fun games, Kenya is always up for some fun. Her patience and gentle demeanor make her the perfect companion for young riders looking to build confidence and enjoy their riding experience. On top of that, she's a real beauty with a gorgeous mane that adds to her charm. A pony that loves spending time with children and always manages to put a smile on their faces with her loving character.

Balu – The Good-Natured Schwarzwälder Coldblood Therapy Horse with Heart and Charm
Balu is a kind-hearted gelding and a trained therapy horse who brings joy to both children and adults with his calm demeanor and friendly nature. As a Schwarzwälder Coldblood, he combines the perfect balance of calm and strength to support us in therapy. But Balu also has a playful side and shows with his charming personality that he’s far from boring.
He’s as cozy as a sofa and loves spending time with his riders – whether in the riding arena or simply cuddling. A true friend with a heart of gold, always ready for a loving encounter.

Bailey – our heart on four paws
Our Labrador Bailey is the good soul of the farm! He loves being in the middle of things and has a particular weakness for good food - almost as much as for children. With his friendly nature, his unwavering patience and his charming manner, he puts a smile on everyone's face. Whether as a loyal companion in the stable or as a playmate for the little ones - Bailey is simply irreplaceable and brings joy to every moment.
